PLANNING AND DESIGN
The first phase in which the location is defined, reviewing the plans from the existing base of finished project blueprints, modifications and adjustments according to your wishes and requirements, defining the budget.
PROJECT CREATION
Creating the detailed specification, foundation plans, floor plans, electrical installations, roof construction.
PREPARATION AND LOGS PROCESSING
The logs which we use are pine trees fir(Abies) and spruce(Picea) with an average diameter of 50-70cm. Which is most important we use the winter logging because in that period the wood has the least juices and doesn’t vegetate. The logs are hand crafted and the outer bark is removed.
LOG HOUSE CONSTRUCTION
With a special technique of scribing we begin the flattening, carving and chinking the logs for walls, beams and poles of your cabin/house. This process requires special skills and capabilities because each part is precisely hand crafted and custom hand fitted for each of the house components. In accordance with the electrician, special holes are drilled through the logs in order for the installations to be hidden inside the construction elements. DELIVERY AND ASSEMBLY
When the construction building process is finished on the operation site then the complete house is separated and packed on transporting trucks and delivered to your lot where we complete the assembling of all elements and build the roof. If required we are also capable of delivering and building in the wooden joinery(doors, windows, french doors) and other finishing work.
